Cartier Hong Kong E-Boutique can deliver to addresses in Hong Kong S.A.R. We offers 3 complementary and secure delivery options:

Same Day Delivery:
For all eligible orders before 2 PM, Monday to Friday, except public holiday.*
* Exclude outlying islands and depends on stock availability

Standard Delivery:
1 to 2 business days, or select up to next 3 business days

Boutique Pick-up:
Boutique pick-up service is available at 6 selected Hong Kong boutiques:

Hong Kong Island:
Central - Landmark Prince's boutique
Admiralty - Pacific Place boutique
Causeway Bay - Lee Garden Three boutique

Kowloon:
Tsim Sha Tsui - Elements boutique
Tsim Sha Tsui - K11 Musea boutique

Cartier will inform you by email or by telephone when the product is ready for pick-up at the boutique.

Please note that:
・Cartier does not deliver to military or certain restricted areas, or PO boxes.
・If you order several products, Cartier will deliver the order only once all products are available.

30 DAY FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Products purchased on the Website may be returned to Cartier within 30 days from the day you received your products.

To make the return process easier for you, please follow the steps below:

1. Call the Client Relations Centre at +852 8105 5008 to agree on a pickup date by our logistics partner.
2. Include the products, all its accessories and documents, in their original box and seal.
3. On the agreed date, our logistics partner will pick up your sealed delivery package.

You can also visit Cartier Boutiques in Hong Kong to return your product for exchange or boutique merchandise credit. Please note that no refunds will be issued through Cartier Boutiques.
