Please bring an official photo ID (passport, driving license, or ID card) along with your order collection email. The name on your ID must match the name on your order. Kindly note that only the individual who placed the order is authorised to collect the creation.

If you would like to try on your creation at the boutique and consult our Cartier ambassador, please schedule an appointment for collection upon receiving your confirmation email.
