HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Products purchased on Cartier website or hotline may be returned to Cartier within 30 days from the day you received your products.

To make the return process easier for you, please contact Client Relations Centre at +852 8105 5008 to arrange a free return pickup by our logistics partner.

Cartier creations must be returned in a new and unused state.

Cartier will refund to the same means of payment as the initial transaction.

Creations that have been engraved or modified may not be returned or exchanged.
